- Residents or equivalents are required to submit an official document stating your name, affiliation, and position. Please be noted that by checking the box for the resident or equivalent category at the online page, you will be required to upload an official document.
- Free registration is offered for Korean orthopedic residents who have resigned and KSSS members aged over 65 years. Contact to the KSSS office (korspine@hanmail.com) is required for free registration.

● Registration will be confirmed upon the receipt of payment
● Payment of fees should be completed using one of the following options.
→ Visa, Master, JCB, and AMEX are accepted.
→ Payment by credit card is available only through online registration.
→ All service charges on credit cards are to be paid by registrants.
→ The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
→ Unfortunately, it is not available to proceed with payment using a KB credit card online. If you want to make a payment with a KB card, please bring it and proceed with payment on-site at the congress venue, Lotte Hotel during the congress.

● A copy of the bank transfer statement with the applicant’s name and address in addition to the payment details must be sent to the secretariat via e-mail (reg@ksss2025.org).

| Cancellation and Refund Policy |

● Up to March 31 (Mon), 2025, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
● From April 1 (Tue), 2025, NO REFUNDs will be given for cancellations received on or after this date (All dates are based on Korean Standard Time).
● All cancellation requests must be submitted to the secretariat via e-mail (reg@ksss2025.org).
● All refunds will be processed after the congress and all processing fees will be deducted from the reimbursement.
● If you do not attend the congress without notice of cancellation, no refund will be given.

● To request an invitation letter, please upload invitation letter request form and copy of your passport in the registration process. The official invitation letter is NOT a commitment of the KSSS 2025 organizer to provide financial assistance to any participants or accompanying persons. Expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the participant.
