All e-Posters will be available at the “e-Poster Exhibition” on the KSSS 2025 website during the conference. Registered participants will be able to find and browse e-Posters and download them in PDF format. Only those who submitted the abstract can submit the e-Poster.

Preparation of e-Posters

· e-Poster file should be in landscape orientation with a screen ratio of 16:9.
· e-Poster file must be in PDF format.
· The file size should NOT exceed 10Mb.
· e-Poster should be composed of 10 slides or less. The content of an e-Poster presentation should be clear, focused and concise.
· Please do NOT use animated effects, audio clips of video clips in the e-Poster.
· The authors are fully responsible for the contents of the e-Poster.

e-Poster Upload Instructions

Please read the instructions carefully to upload your poster and please follow the next steps.
1. Go to the e-Poster submission page
2. Enter the registered email and password.
3. Review all your information is correct.
4. Upload the e-Poster file both in PPT and PDF format.
5. Once your material is uploaded, click the APPLY button.

Withdrawal

Please notify us in advance via email (program@ksss2025.org), if you want to withdraw or make any changes of your abstract or make any changes after the abstract submission is closed.
